Young adult columnist Dr. Heather Bozant Witcher, a young mother of twin toddlers and a 7-month old, shares the joy of her "first" Halloween plans for them.

Heather Bozant Witcher, mother of three small children, decided to no longer fret as her twins developed at different rates. She is now enjoying each moment with them.

"Even now, when most of life has reopened, we – as parents to three under age 2 – remain cautious." Everyone needs to have the good highlighted to encourage positivity.

Sharing a newborn with his older twin siblings is an experience of unbridled love.

Due to abundance of Catholic churches in southeast Louisiana and proximity to multiple waterways, Lent usually means a variety of seafood on Fridays. Dr. Witcher compares her current choices in other locales and looks back and ahead to hometown fare and community these meals build up.

Unexpected pregnancies bring joy and, for Dr. Witcher's current journey, the realization that God is in control while she is under doctor's orders for bedrest, "... Because while these past seven and half months have been unexpected for me, it's always been in his plan."

Jesus advised that we must be as children to enter into his kingdom. May we return to learning and appreciating the world around us and each other once again.
