The National Merit Semifinalists in the 67th annual National Merit Scholarship Program for 2022 were recently announced.
These local Catholic high school seniors in the Archdiocese of New Orleans were among 16,000 recognized to continue in the competition for 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $30 million, to be awarded next spring.
More than 1.5 million students entered the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program.
