St. Michael Special School has induction ceremony

St. Michael Special School’s 2021-2022 Student Council officers, committee chairs  and class representatives were recently installed in a ceremony after a school Mass.

Student Council moderator Kelly Oser conducted the induction ceremony, with officers taking an oath. Laurel Alonzo, associate head of school, distributed pins that Redemptorist Father Richard Boever, director, Blessed Seelos Welcome Center, blessed.

Newly inducted leaders for  2021-22 are Kyle Hutson, president; Michael Rouse, co-president; Mallori Cranford and Jared Robinson, co-vice presidents; David Rice and Delaware Stokes, co-secretaries; Michael Wallace and Trent Levasseur, co-treasurers;

New committee chairmen are Laney Guerra and Jack Tay, recycling; Gavin Weiser and Robert Joseph, transportation; Wils Bennett and Victoria Lawrence, entertainment; Astrid Codd and Steven Senesky, publicity; Emma Ryan and Katie Prudhomme, birthdays.

Classroom representatives are Emily Westholz, Ian Gauthreaux, Josie Naiser, Cody Reyes, Orlando Tisdale and Reece Glancey.
