Clarion Herald’s 2012 Elite Girls Basketball Team

Archbishop Chapelle’s senior point guard Emani White was the key player in the Chipmunks’ District 9-5A championship run. She earned recognition as the Elite Team’s Outstanding Player for the second straight year.

Mount Carmel’s Amanda Bordelon took a predominantly underclass team to a 20-8 record and second place behind Archbishop Chapelle in District 9-5A, earning her Coach of the Year recognition.
