The Catholic Community Foundation (CCF) will host a virtual Lenten workshop, “It’s Not Your Money, Finding the Peace of Putting God First,” presented by author Joseph B. Galloway, who will explore fresh perspectives on our relationship with money. The workshop will be held March 24 from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
Galloway, author of “It’s Not Your Money: Finding the Peace of Putting God First,” will discuss the dueling visions of what the “world says” and what “God says” about finances.
All registrants will receive a free copy of Galloway’s book.
“The purpose of the workshop is to help people see what is God calling us to do with our finances and the freedom that comes when we do it that way,” Cory Howat, CCF executive director. “We feel less trapped by financial decisions.”
Howat said the workshop is especially timely because of the financial pressures many families have been through in the last year dealing with the pandemic.
